Welcome to the Baylor Women's Club Volleyball website!! We are happy that you are interested in learning about our club!

History: Our club was founded in 2002, with 12 members. Since than we have doubled in size and have created two teams within the club: the Green team and the Gold team.

Schedule: Our teams practice on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 8-10pm at the Student Life Center or Marrs McLane Gym. Our season begins in September and ends in mid-April with the National Tournament. Our conference tournaments are heard in various locations (Baylor, UT, Texas Tech, Texas A&M, etc.) and take place on Saturdays, once a month.

Nationals: This year will be our 6th appearance at the NIRSA National competition. It takes place on April 12-14, 2007, in Louisville, KY.

Awards: In the past 5 seasons, our teams have ranked consistantly in the top two in the state and has finished in the top ten teams at Nationals each year. In 2006, the Green team (DI) placed 3rd in the Nation. In 2005, the Green team placed 5th in the Nation. 2007 is looking for that 1st place finish! Our Gold team (DII) has also placed well over the years with (2) 5th place finishes and (1) 3rd place finish.

TRYOUTS: Tryouts for the 2007-2008 season will take place in early September. More info to come in the Fall!
